Any body know much bout this rather than just spinning on it. Also ain't got a HR monitor. Does that matter.

    Would appreciate any suggestions

    Cheers

    What's your goal?

HRM isn't necessary. They can be helpful for sure but they're not a necessity for intervals.

    This year's WW200?

Seriously, at this stage you are best getting miles in your legs, and in particular on the hills. Not many can bear a turbo long enough to build their stamina so close to the WW200 (although I do know of one boardsie that was forced to prepare for the WW200 on a turbo a couple of years ago following knee surgery - he managed to do up to 3 hours in one go, but you won't find many around here prepared to stay on the turbo so long;))

Intervals are not what you need to be doing 3 weeks prior to the WW200
