    Hi

Does anyone have a KTM Solus Master or have ridden one? I am just about set to buy one for €3k as my first tri bike. It seems nice to ride, is nice and light, ful ultegra. Wheels aren't great. The reason I am going for a new bike is to use the €1k bike2work scheme. i know a second hand tri bike for €3k would be a better bet but I want to get a new shiny bike and use the €1k bike2work on it.

If anyone know of a nicer bike in that price range I would love to know.

Also, if I get the display model (4 months on display) should I be looking for some sort of discount, however small? Not sure if that is what the shop is planning on giving me but the frame on the shop floor seems to fit me. Just trying to save some pennies as €3k is the top of my price range.

    Thanks all

This forum is a bit of an MTB, Roady, Commuter forum and I think you may be better off asking on the athletics/Running/Triathlon forum. I think you may be able to do better than KTM for €3k though but have no experience of Tri.
