Knee problems

    After the long hard training recently with up to 140k hilly spins aiming for the ww200 I Hav aquired a Poxy niggly knee. Now I can cycle on it but on a hill I'd say it's 50% of power gone and sore. With de 200 round the corner I'm just wondering wats de normal amount of time to get over this type of thing.
