Whata three quarter pace??

    What's 3/4 pace? Read Brian O'Driscoll was able to train at "three quarter" pace today....is that like 75% MHR (which sounds a bit easy) or 3/4 of max sprint speed (thats quite fast) or 3/4 mile reps????

    3/4 game speed. Game speed isn't a sprint though although for O'Driscoll it isn't far off. He'l be playing Saturday though if he's able for that.
