I have lost two Kilos in nine days by just cutting out on the crap and
white bread etc,is it a lot?will it continue to drop like this?
I will start walking a few kilometers a day too because I would like to loose a stone or two hopefully.

A few Ibs of that weight lost is probably water weight, it's common with initial weight loss.

Your weight loss should level off to around 1-2Ibs a week which is fine.

it probably won't continue coming off that fast but if you keep eating well it'll keep coming off sure enough :) Weight-loss is often a bit of a rollercoaster in terms of numbers but don't get disheartened, just keep going and enjoy feeling better and having more energy.

Don't just use the scales to track progress either, use the mirror and your clothes - if they start to magically feel bigger then you're definitely doing something right ;)

Walking will help too for sure, and depending on your energy levels you might want to try something a bit more intense which will help speed up weight loss.

Walking could lead to running - the Couch 2 5k program (you'll often see it written as C25k) is a great way to start off.

    G'luck!
