    What was Nicky Brennan up to, holding the Queen's elbow in such a tight grip as he introduced her to various nobodies?
    Did he not understand the protocols, forget or just plainly ignored the fact you never touch Royalty?
    He really screwed up. Pics of it all over the international media.
    Lucky he wasn't grabbed, 'cuffed and frog-marched out of the place.

    I've seen this referenced once on breakingnews.ie, haven't seen it mentioned on the bbc or any of the other news sites that I visit, I don't think it's a big thing, but if the worst thing that happens is a former official from an amateur association held he elbow incorrectly during her visit the it'll have been an ok visit :)

    I don't see any need to keep this thread open, if you want to discuss it feel free to visit AH
