Grant carrying on to postgrad level?

I've recieved a conditional offer for a course in my current college and now my mind has turned to what the story is with recieving the grant for postgrad level. Do I have to go through the entire application process again, or does it carry on from my undergrad degree?

As far as I know you have to apply again (well at least I had to last year). Ringing your county council is your best bet for a solid answer I'd say.
