had a fairly hard coming together with the tarmac a few weeks ago and suffered a nice bit of road rash. Around the same time i noticed the soles of my feet getting very sore if i am sitting down for a while and first thing in the morning. At first i thought i just needed a more comfortable pair of work shoes, because i am on my feet all day but that hasnt helped. I am wondering could it be from the impact of my feet coming out of the clipless pedals. the pain is in the arches of my two feet in the exact same place, and its like a really bad tightness. anybody out there with a similar experience. Thanks
