Is there a weighing scales in the gym??

Yes most gyms should have them, if they're not out there just as a trainer and they should get you one from the store room.

There's scale sin the locker room in ours and another one on the floor near the trainers office/staff station.

Anyone know is there a weighing scales in the mardyke gym??

why?? is it a condition of you being a member there?? weighing yourself at the gym is never a good idea anyway!

it should be done at the same time in the same place every week for accurate progress!

i.e tuesday morning at 9am

weighing yourself before/after a work out will give inconsistant results!

I think L trained there a few times, so its probably broken.

its grand, im after ordering a scales from online and it says i have to pay by check/money order?

do i give them the check when they deliver it to my door or what??:):)
