On this weekend I think. I've not noticed it widely advertised.

Does anyone have more information about where it is on and what costs? I can't find anything on sites such as 'ivvcc' and as mentioned earlier doesn't seemed to advertised much

This is the vintage American muscle car show if I am correct?

I thought this usually wasn't on until the autumn?

This is the "All Vintage Day Out and Auto Jumble Sale"

The American Car Show is usually held in September (at the same venue).

Sounds like a good show, so if the weather looks half decent and no rain I might go myself. If I do I will aim to be in the car park of the Spa, Lucan for about 9.30 for 9.45 departure if anyone from Dublin wants to join up - reasonable speed no 20 mph stuff - see you there
    :pac:

Did anyone else end up going to this?

Even though I was there about six years ago, I had trouble finding the place and ended up arriving when the show was finishing. It didn't appear to be much of a show this year anyway.

You might have been a bit late maybe, the cars started to move from about 3.30. I thought it was a good show. The rain held off, a good few cars turned up, and there were a few lorries, and loads of tractors with a few stationary engines too. Free in for exhibitors! I met a few boardsies, and got chattin to some of the MAAC guys, I find them a very welcoming bunch.

Yeah, I saw a lot of them leaving when I was only trying to find the place. On the way back though I did happen to see an old Bombardier single decker in Bus Eireann livery on the motorway, which somehow made the journey seem a little less worthless.

    Ah well, there's always Terenure.

I was down in Ballycumber for the weekend (near Kilbeggan) and by the time I got there it was 3.30. I passed a few cars leaving early so drove up to the racecourse and parked just down the road. Watched the cars leaving for around 40 mins with the window rolled down. Nice to see the cars on the move and sounding great. Looked a good show with plenty of cars I haven't seen before.

You have to see to believe the interior, tried the best in the pic but it really don't do it justice.

I have to say I like the regional shows - different cars to the usual Terenure's\Mosneys etc - might do Carlow next weekend and i'm looking forward to Killbrony - great day last year
    :P
