    Hi everyone, I hope someone can give me the answer to this.
    I am just wondering what happens in regards to grant payments, if you have repeats to do in UCD seeing as they don't offer August repeats and instead have to be done during the next exam period, at Christmas.
    Will the grant be paid after you get the results in January provided you pass the repeats?

    I'm not too sure I fully understand what you're asking :/ but I'm pretty sure you will still receive your grant as you are going to continue attending college:)

    Just to clarify what I'm asking:
    If I fail say 4 exams this year, and I will have to repeat these next Christmas along with my 3rd year exams, seeing as UCD don't have August repeats like other colleges, will I get my grant after I (hopefully) pass them at Christmas? I know you don't get the grant until you pass all your exams, and seeing as UCD has such a confusing system will I definitely get my grant then after Christmas when I pass them?
    I hope I make more sense now! :)

    Yeah UCD is very confusing haha I'm pretty sure you will. There should be an office in your college that deals with the grants etc. give them a call or call into them and ask them, otherwise I'd ring up and ask whoever you get your grant of either the County Council or the VEC :)
