Asked by a friend about this,

There is a friend whom runs a website for Polish in ireland, on the site they have information on drinks promos or something to that effect, apparently in Poland there is some issues, not sure where the hosting is but the question is basically, whos laws must the site abide to? Its a .eu site. Would they need to consider irish law if its hosted in ireland, or polish law if hosted in poland, or the fact the site is 'irish based', even if in poland would it be irish law. If possible a link to somewhere to confirm this would be great...

    Thanks
