PS3, Overheating?

    I think it is anyway. I've had my PS3 for 2-3 years and I think it might have a overheating problem. Tonight I was playing FIFA 11 and it froze, I turned it off, took out the disc and noticed it was very hot.
    I let it cool, popped it back in, it played for about 30-40 minutes before freezing again, the disc was very hot this time too.
    I kinda clicked that it might be overheating then, the vents at the back aren't being blocked and I wouldn't say the PS3 was being used excessively so could it be a build-up of dust inside the machine over time? Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Any help, much appreciated.
