I don't know if this has been trashed out before, but I'm on Vodafone with my iPad I want to use it more to receive mainly work related MMS messages really because of the screen size, also my Vodafone bundle allows a free amount of both SMS and MMS messages to be sent so it may as well be used,

I'd really appreciate any pointers that may be available from the more technically minded posters here, thanks in advance.

I'm afraid not, at least not by using the standard Messages app as found on the iPhone.

Instead you must resort to other methods such as JellySMS, EirText, Textfree, WhatsApp, Viber, IM+ or YAK! The first two will use your 600 Vodafone webtexts BUT SMS-MT or MMS may not be received in-app or on your iPad.
