Mobile Internet not working on HTC desire hd

    the mobile internet on my htc desire hd seems to have stopped working for no reason at all,iv gone into the settings and made sure thats its enabled but i cant seem to get it to work,internet works fine on wifi but as soon as i leave the house nothing.its like its not even trying to pick up a signal and the symbol on the top of the screen isnt there for when it is on mobile net,any ideas?

    Have you checked to see if your APNs are correctly set up?

    come again?? :P im not excately all that clued up tech wise.it was working fine the last few months but suddenly decided to stop,how would i check/fix that if it was the case?

    Check the sticky at the top of this forum for the Internet/MMS settings for your network provider or contact them directly. then go to Menu -> Settings -> Wireless & Networks -> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names to check if the settings there are the same as those provided by your network.

    yeah i checked that and seems ok,i may just ring vodafone.thanks anyways mate
