I'm involve on Car Crash last Week and everything now is under investigation as non of us accepting liability ( Her fault I know) I have independent witness.
I have to ask some advice as my car is not running and my insurance won't give me replacement car unless I'll accept the liability :).
Also I got defferent qoutation on the damage that match the price of my car when I bought it 2 months ago, can I ask insurance you buy me similar value car instead of fixing the damage?

    Thanks in advance :)

hahaha thanks a lot, not so good on english :)

too bad i have to wait the investigation report before i got my car fixed, car replacement etc etc...

May I ask If the repair value is the same price of my car. Can I ask insuracen to buy me same value car instead? So i have my car in an instant? Also I'm not feeling comfortable to drive a car with crash history. :)

Very unlikely the Insurance company will have much sympathy about your reluctance to drive your car when repaired.

Thanks for the reply, may I ask how's the processing of the claims? Sorry this is my first time accident and no idea on everything. so far I met the investigator and the assessor and going to claim now on my insurance for the mean time., As the other party went on holiday until 26th (too much delay unfortunately)
