Yes but they are ****. Internal shower room, no A/C or window, get out of the shower in what is now a Sauna, fail to be able to dry yourself satisfactorily, exit into office damp and sticky....

We do have 2 showers. One is good and other crap. Fortunately I'm not allowed to use the crappy one - shame :D They are kept clean, they are always warm and good power out of it. There is a big area outside it where i can dry off and get dressed and there is a window. Couldn't be happier.

My problem at min is that they turn the heating off at start of May so no way to dry clothes. They were wringing this morning. Thankfully there is an electric heater however I have to wait until the staff in the office that it's in go home and it's only small so takes about 2 hours to get all dry but better than nothing I guess.

No, but we have a cold-water outdoor faucet if you're feeling hardy/exhibitionist...

A window to dry off in front of?

Get proper cycling jersey and lycra shorts. They'll dry in no time.

2 showers each for males/females (which isn't that much for the numbers, well of males anyways) but in terms of other facilities I'm kinda spoilt with the heated drying room out the back. Granted it wasn't put in with the purpose of cycling.

I don't think boards is representative of the real world, especially the cyclists real world. Most boardsies I know work in IT or other internet based companies ( hence the time spent in boards ... )

Only took 3 years of pressurising the boss to get showers installed and only happened when the company expanded onto another floor in the building. They are adequate for our needs but are impossible to keep tidy.

My old workplace used to pay people ~€2.50 per day for not using the carpark!

Interesting (if unusual) incentive. I take it they had limited parking spaces?

7 male showers...never been in the ladies so can't comment. They're annoying though as you can't vary the temperature so in summer I can't have a cold shower. If I didn't have the shower facility I wouldn't cycle in

I once had showers at work but I never felt the need to use them. I'm quite happy with my strategies for minimising sweat and then getting rid of it at the end of the journey, which are quite similar to the others already listed here. A toilet cubicle is all you need, as far as I'm concerned.

I think someone pointed out here already that if a significant portion of workers cycled to work and also felt the need to have a shower, the queues to use the showers would make the whole initiative impractical.
