Biggins ?? movie WWII time travel, Nazis etc

    For the life of me my memory is on the frizz tonight.

    I keep thinking of a movie from a decade or two back and I had thought it was called "biggins" or something similar.
    biggins, baggins, biggalo ??

    It was based on a comic character. a WW1 or WWII fighter pilot with a long
    scarf and the leather pilots helmet. in the movie version he traveled through time to the future and ended up saving the day. There was some scene where towards the end some baddies were making a bomb or setting off a weapon and the hero and supporting cast hid in a bunker/igloo type structure made from clay/porcelain that resisted heat and protected them.

    There was a pop song and video out at the time with had footage from
    the movie in it. Would it of been features in a Chesney Hawk Video ?
    or it my memory totally fried ?

    Anyone know ?
