Trespassing?

So a couple of lads from UPC came up to the house today and disconnected our box. The bills have been paid so that's not an issue. The thing is, they set up the ladder in front of all the neighbours and went about their work without at any point notifying me (I was the only one in the house at the time).

Since the contract with UPC wasn't broken by me, would that be considered trespassing?

When you originally signed up with UPC you gave them the right to enter the grounds of your property to connect/disconnect as required.
