upstairs rads not heating up

Downstairs rads and immersion upstairs are heating fine but the upstairs rads arent. There isnt a switch or valve to turn them on\off but the rad light on the boiler is flashing. Pressure doesnt seem any lower than usual but was always on the low end of the dial. Checked tank in the attic and its full. Is it airlocked?

You should try bleeding the rads upstairs. If water comes out after a minute or two then the airlock is gone.
