City Centre road / Quays closure this evening

Hi, Does anybody know what the plan is for closing the North / South Quays this evening? Tried to search for it on Transport.ie but can't find anything. I'm cycling home from the IFSC to Saggart this evening and am just wondering if I should plan an alternative route. Thanks Guys
