Needed to send a document off to an embassy in London and have it returned. Embassy will not pay or organise return of the package, I have to do this. So i called DHL to see can this be done...sure no probs. Was told i could send off package with a return label enclosed. Embassy would have to just stick return label on new envelope and ring DHL to come collect and deliver back to me. I would have it all paid for in advance.
Went to local DHL, different story. Could send off parcel and have to ring DHL UK and pay them seperately to arrange package to be delivered back to me as DHL Ireland and UK are seperate entities. Ok no probs and I sent off the package. Went home and rang DHL UK..they cannot arrange for the package to be collected and delivered back to me as I am not a company and I dont have a UK credit card. such a joke!
    UPS are the same
any ideas how I can arrange for the package to be returned to me??
