I think the screen is too dark on my TV, especially when playing a Bluray.
Even with the brightness up at 100 I can barely make out any dark scenes on the screen.
Has anyone got one of these models and have the same issue, and manage to get it resolved?

Have a look in the settings. Is there an ambient light sensor? If so, turn it off. This feature senses the ambient light in the room and adjusts the backlight and brightness to match. I just got a Sony Bravia the other day and couldn't figure out why the screen was so dark. I discovered the light sensor feature buried in the system settings. The difference it made by turning it off was huge. I'm pretty sure Samsung tvs have a similar feature, and like the Sony models, it probably doesn't work properly.
