Not sure if this forum still runs for such queries, here goes anyway

I’m looking for a good dietary plan to help loose a few unwanted Kg's off ever protruding belly. I exercise regularly by cycling to work, approx 5Km/day along with swimming 3 times a week on avg 1.5 Km per session. That said I am a bit over weight and need a good dietary plan to adhere to help trim the fat.
Can anyone suggest where I may get such a plan that is worthwhile and useful?

Have you read the stickies here and in fitness??

There is no one fits all nice and good eating plan - all depends on your goals, what you wouyld find achievable etc

As a rule of thumb stick to whole foods, ones that are ingredients rather than foods that have ingredients. Meats, fish, eggs, dairy, nuts and seeds, fruits and veggies. Eating whole foods means you don't have to be uber pedantic when it comes to your macros.

Stick up a detailed day to day for you including wars and all (all foods and drinks). You will get advice on where to go then
