Facials

Due to a busy, hectic, schedule I suffer from an awful lot of stress. Get tired easily too.

I do my best with my diet which I feel may help to some degree at destressing. I prepare a weekly food plan at any time off and stick to it. Definately room there for improvement though.

Exercise I find helps hugely at destressing. I walk to and from work. And walk extra whenever I'm free. Love my ipod too for walking.
I try to find time to do hobbies and activities that I enjoy but may not happen every week. I love back and body massages and might get one once every couple of months.

So my body is good. But there is an awful lot of stress showing in my face. Have an awful lot of pressure behind my forehead - suffer from sinus too but am ok from that right now. My eyes are tired too.

Got photos back from an event and the cut of me.

Would a facial help at destressing the face?

Sounds to me that an indian head massage is what the doctor ordered, they massage the upper back, head and face it is heavenly. You will feel so much better afterwards.
Heaven on grafton street do it among other salons though most do not.

I find facials VERY relaxing, I'm usually half asleep afterwards. I did fall asleep during one once! I get a half hour back massage and then facial - would very much recommend this
