    I wonder are they really actual policemen? Could you imagine a Garda giving you a hug and sending you on your way. Regardless of the rights/wrongs of wearing a helmet it's certainly an interesting approach to the matter.

    hmm i would not mind getting a free helmet for just a hug like that! id prob take mine off just to get a other one! but then thats why id say that would not work here :P
