I have only just found out that crossfit is in waterford and im going to join it, its 75 euro a month which seems a bit steep,I think ill get so much more out of it then if I just joined a normal gym for a cheaper price, here is a diet im planing to do always, let me no what you think

    6.30-meal 1-Omelete made from
    -3 whole omega 3 eggs
    -3 eggwhites
    -1 slice of ham
    -1 slice of lowfat cheese
    -1 tomato diced
    -1 chopped onion
    -1 handful of spinach
    -3 fishoil caps

9.30-meal 2- handful of mixed natural nuts
    mixed fruit
    natural yogurt

    12.30-meal 3 2 baked salmon fillets
    steamed mixed veg

    3.30-meal 4- 2 scoops of whey isolate
    1 apple
    3 fish oil caps

    6.00 cross fit session

7.30 meal 5 striploin steak fried in coconut oil or butter
    mixed veg
    baxed potato
    3 fish oil caps

9.30 meal 6-tub of lowfat cottage cheese
    blueberries/raspberries
    mixed nuts
    3 fish oil caps

Thats 6 meals a day, 42 meals a week, I plan to have small indulgences for 4 of those 42 meals to keep me sane and make the plan more sustainable, now these minor cheat meals will be eated instead of a healthy meal and I will not go overboard, for example, a small popcorn and a diet cola, 1 or 2 slices of pizza, a chinese or indian with boiled rice and no starter ,1 glass of red wine etc are examples, also no coke, or fizzy drinks ever

if you fry a steak in coconut oil you should be permabanned!:D

i'm sure the crossfit gurus will love your diet with the lack of carbs but why the low fat options.....you'll need the fat for energy.

EDIT: just saw the amount of fish oil caps......why? also what type you using?

whats wrong with cooking steak in coconut oil, also regarding the lowfat. I know sat fat is fine but at the end of the day you still have to watch those calories, so thats why im eating lowfat, I mean im still getting sat fat but just not as much

You're spot on with omega 3. There are studies showing that daily intake of 2g of EPA and 1,5g of DHA can promote fat loss.

just join and they will cover these areas with you.

Remember you are paying for a coaching service NOT and gym so they are in no way comparable
