Did they deliberately use airstairs rather than a jetway or was it not scheduled for T2?

I suspect they deliberately used the stairs for publicity purposes so as to get the logo on the side of the aircraft in and allow the kids get up to some shenanigans. An exit via an airbridge would have been boring in paparazzi terms.

All pax used airbridge. The boys stayed on board untill they removed airbridge
and stepped a/c. I beleive it was to do with a photo shoot and sticker on homecomimg flight.

Jedward arrived back in Dublin this morning aboard the EIN-693, EI-CPE A321.

Was the choice of that particular aircraft deliberate ?

It would be some crack if the twins won, considering the name of the saint that plane is named after. :)
