Hey, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. Came across this yesterday, looks very good. Just wondering has anyone hear ever tried it? Or know anyone who has? Could it be a scam? Sounds almost too good to be true so not sure what to make of it?

I saw this recently too. I even sat through the exhaustingly long sales presentation. If his workouts leave you that knackered, he must be good!

He has a YouTube channel that you can check out some of his videos on.

I just looked at some of them and some of the home workout ones seem pretty interesting. And recession-bustingly free too!

I wouldn't follow this guy, his Youtube channel was suspended for a reason a while back, with him supposedly being linked to sleazy tactics to raise the profile of his channel while eliminating the opposition.

Just a tip here, but if anyone on the internet wants to charge you $97 for their 'program' like this guy does, then walk away. Same goes for all the others charging ridiculous amounts for their stuff.

Yep. Lots of people on YouTube trying to sell there fitness books/guides. If it sounds too good to be true, then it usually is.

My method does take longer (almost 5 minutes). However, there is no requirement for supplements. All you need is a black permanent marker.

Every single one of these programs is bollocks and a waste of money, if you want a six pack do sit ups and crunches everyday and get your body fat low by retaining muscle while losing fat, basically down to diet just get loads of protein while keeping calories lowish, chicken and tuna are quite good for this.
