3 weeks til championship,what training to do?

    I have a football championship game in weeks what kind of training should i be doing on my own to sharpen up,should i stop doing weights?

    Cut the weights down to 2 days a week for the next two weeks,and then Do a very light weights session on 1 day, early in the championship week(Say on a Monday).
    As for what training you should be doing???
    3 weeks out from Championship should be lots of sprinting involving both repetitons and singles.
