hair replacement /transplant like mickey graham's

anyone know where to get a good hair replacement / hair transplant like the one Mickey graham used.
I think they did a good job.
I know most replies will be shave it off etc etc you'll get used to it etc
not interested in that, looking for something like what mickey got done.

Dr.maurice collins was on the late late a few years ago, with some of his patients, a couple of whom had full transplants - the website doesnt go into full cost but one of the male patients admitted he'd probably spent upto 40/50 grand for the full transplant + treatment. The men who'd had full transplant looked like they hade full strong hair. I think the doctor had trained in the states and didnt sound like a quack, if you know what i mean. (I've no association with these people - am going thin on top, but not currently treating it). Dont know if mikey graham had this treatment but you will see james nesbitt's testimonial there.

james nesbitt had a hair transplant. while it looks good you never get the thickness of hair mickey has with a hair transplant.
looks more like hair replacement where human hair is placed on a lace base and basically glued or taped to the scalp (basically a fancy wig)

still though, it looks good, I know Evolve ireland used to do this in dublin (featured on the late late show a few years ago) but i dont think they do it any more.

anyone know who does?
