Had a lovely pepper sauce in a resteraunt the other night and it tasted like it had some curry powder in it. It was lovely with steak!! Has anyone got a pepper sauce recipe that involves curry powder.

If I was making a home made pepper sauce I'd use cream, beef stock cubes and black pepper. You could always make this...and add a bit of curry powder to it!

Sounds interesting, never heard or tried it myself though.

I'd usually use whatever oils are left over from the meat, some whiskey, cream and green pepper (And I'll usually sneak in a few mushrooms). There'd be plenty of room to squeeze in a curry powder, but I'm not sure how it'd taste.

Give it a go and let us know how you've gotten on.
