    Travel Republic have cancelled our booking for this summer and we have also lost our €460 booking deposit.
    I thought i made a credit card balance payment but was not made aware by TR that it had not been made , first lack of communication
    I was not contacted by phone to say that the whole holiday would be cancelled if the balance was not paid.
    Other online travel companies like Alpharooms will email you straight away your confirmation booking say like aer lingus,therefor you know straight away where you stand.
    Is there anything we can do or has anyone had similar experience
