I'd be interested. The Gender Recognition act couldn't be put in place quick enough. One photo quoting that 47% of trans people are fired once outed is a disgrace and I'm sure it happens here aswell and just as frequently.

The hardest thing to beat in all of this will be the stealth discrimination, meaning that employers don't have to hire you for some búll**** reason or another, and that's if you're honest from the start.
