Whats your current height/weight? Training experience or current training program? Have you got access to a gym or is it just a weights bench? And how much weight did it come with?

    Hey Snowc,

Like what Coleman said it would be beneficial if you could post your workout plan and experience.

A couple of things i would change straight off with your diet is get rid of the creatine. If your a beginner to lifting you wont need it at the moment and would make plenty of gains without it.

I'd also maybe swap the protein bar for a whey protein drink post workout......

Also be patient and keep at it. You will see the difference soon enough or at least feel the difference :)

You've been lifting a few weeks and you've started taking creatine? Get off that immediately unless you know what you're doing. Creatine is just water retention, it will make you bigger and improve your performance PROVIDED you give it the chance. If you're only using a home bench then I'm 95% sure you're already using very light weights and the creatine is wasted.

Getting a six pack is about having a low body fat %, approximately less than 10. I'm assuming you're already skinny so you don't have far to go but still...cut out the orange juice, rice, RED BULL OR THAT BOOST DRINK CRAP. Also the "more creatine" part is quite disturbing. I hope you know that 3-5g of creatine a day is what you should be taking, and as stated above for someone trying to lose fat then it isn't what you should be on in the first place.

Use a BMR calculator to calculate your resting caloric use rate, subtract 500 and eat that much in a day.
