Hi, i wonder if someone could help me here as Vodafone support just failed to do so..
the problem is i constantly getting charged for internet usage even though im connect through WIFI (I've stayed home since yesterday with free wifi connection, just checked my balance now - and 1e is gone for a day).
I disabled nearly everything - all notifications, all push-up messages, locations e.t.c
I called Vodafone and they said some applications connect through Vodafone connection even if Wifi is available and they don't take any responsibilities for that. They advised to delete all applications i have to avoid being charged...

Is that the only way? i can't use any applications without being ripped off? is there a way at least to find out which application causes the problem?

Go into Settings>General>Network and do the following:

    Disable 3G
    Switch cellular data off

In Cellular Data, remove the APN, username and password.

That should prevent the phone ever using the data network.

And I don't think it is fair to say you are being ripped off. The phone is doing what it is designed to do.
