    Hi

I hope you will be able to give me some advice if you can.

I have the above shower installed about 3 years. From the start it did not live up to my expectations. It cost me 900 euro - I also spent 600 euro on the 3 bar pump that I was told to be used for the shower. The pressure in my bath (60 euro tap and also connected to the pump) is 10 times better than the pressure in my shower. This I put down to my own foolishness in buying something cos it looked NICE  so I decided to live with it.

A few months in the shower started cutting the pump out while you were in the shower. This happened mostly when you changed the temp on the shower. I put up with this for a further 6 months until I snapped and got someone to have a look at it as I thought it was a problem with the pump I did not even think to ring Vogue.

The guy who fixed it said there was a part in the mixer that was snapped or loose and it was causing the pump to trip and stop the flow. He replaced the part and the shower was back to itself no more random stops!!

Now forward on to another year and I have a leak!! I have a hole in my bedroom wall a hole in my kitchen ceiling and after 2 evenings searching the plumber has finally tracked the leak to the shower mixer. Water is constantly dripping from the temp valve down the wall of the shower on both sides of the tiles - this water is travelling down the floorboards and into my kitchen!!

So this time I had enough and rang Vogue. I spoke to their engineer who told me it all sounded like a problem with the fitting of the shower - even though the initial problem was fixed by replacing a part. He is coming on Monday to have a look which I am delighted about but just wondering if anyone knows of any problems with these showers cos the day I purchased it someone was bringing one back and I asked was their issues with these showers- I was told no that the customer had just used the wrong pump - but I would have no problem cos I was buying the correct pump!!!

Thanks for reading all this and I hope you have some advice

I answered this by PM for you but knowing bathroom suppliers as well as i do i know of no supplier that will take a shower back because the customer bought the wrong pump.
