Weight Management Clinic

Hey im just looking for some feedback on the Weight management clinic in loughlinstown i am hoping to start it in september but would like to hear from some people that are on it or were on it to know wat its all about i cant seem to find anything online.

I would love some feed back

Hi Cutiepie,

I did a placement there last year, so if you have any specific questions on it then feel free to pm me.

In general the clinic when i was there was run over 10 appointments in a year. So you went in day one and had an assessment day where you meet the consultant, the dietician, a physio and a psychiatrist, all individually.

They will give you lots of advice and some home work and then you will be asked to come back in a months time for a shorter session with just the dietician, physio and psychiatrist.

Everyone there is really nice and they genuinely want to help you succeed.

4 years....I'd guess its a Public Health Service in Loughlinstown Hospital....so free!

Yep its a free service and i missed out on it 2years ago cos i was pregnant i was so upset and its taken 2years to get a reply and get some were with them so im glad its coming around in september
