Hi just being curious here but anybody have any thoughts as to whether juries are more likely to convict in Summer/ Spring as oppossed to Winter Autumn and if so why.

if it is possible then you would be more likely to be convicted in winter months due to the effects of SAD. (seasonal affective disorder)

They might agree either way more quickly in the summer or at Christmas in order to get out of there as quickly as possible.
