Price wise sounds too good to be true, has anyone tried it and did they find it worked?

I used something similar before, yes they worked took a few days to get any real result even with a 15% gel.

Here's the really cheap option and IMHO works as well (if not better) ... PLAIN OL' BAKING SODA !!

Seriously, after one good scrubbing about 50% of the stains gone, after a week and my teeth look pretty darn good.

My teeth were stained badly due to smoking & coffee (10-15 cups a day) and they had gotten quite bad!.

After the initial de-staining I just use baking soda about once a week now & having talked to dentists about it, its safe, if not safer than even some of the toothpastes out there.

You can enhance the baking soda experience by mixing with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and making your own "whitening paste".

Sorry had to edit out the link as per charter. This crowds also spammed us like crazy for a while a year or so ago. You are actually better going to a dentist for whitening as it can be a bit dangerous. There are some great deals with dentists if you look around. Dont go a beauty parlour thats just daft.

ooops sorry bout that. I'll be going to get a regular cleaning soon and will try the baking soda as well. Tried it before but I only did it once..thinking it would be instant but it makes sense to do it for a week or more.
My vice is chammomile tea so have cut it down to one weak cup a day and it's stained them.

All else fails I'll shop around one of the dentists here is asking a few hundred quid which I don't have atm. so will try good oul baking soda.

Baking soda does remove some stains however bleaching change the intrinsic colour of the teeth. It the difference between washing your car and respraying it a different colour.

Backing soda is pretty abrasive and like sandpaper does remove some of the substance of your teeth, not recommended for long term use.
