Vst's to au for mac

Hi everyone,I have been using ableton live 8 for a year or so in windows and have just bought a MacBook pro as a dedicated production laptop.the only thing is all my old vsts and synths cannot be used in the mac version of live.
I seen online people saying to use reaper but I am unsure of this.
Anyone with any ideas or help or in the same situation?

Thanks for that, I will look into this and see is it compatible with live as I heard the original one wasn't and it only worked with protools.

the original was a vst to rtas wrapper that's why you heard that. this works with live on a mac.

no problem dude. just be patient when you're installing that yoke as it can take a while to wrap each plugin iirc.

Is the problem not that the VST's are Windows VST's? Is there a difference anymore?
