Thinking about building a new computer

I built my last PC back when the 8800GTX was the best thing going. My pc is getting on now and id like to build another one!

I would rather it be on the more performance/silent side than gaming! Though I will want to play a few games so looking to get a card that's better than the GTX but good value.

I'm going salvage my 850watt PSU, sound card and dvd drive.

Just quickly picked out these parts

    Cooler Master Elite 310
    ASUS P7H55-M PRO
    Corsair XMS3 - Memory - 8 GB : 2 x 4 GB
    Sapphire RADEON HD 5770 - 512 MB
    Intel Core i7 920 2.66 GHz
    Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200

I'm totally out of the loop so I'm not sure about the motherboard/video card

If I can keep it under €600 that would be great.

I can sell on the few parts I already have and cut it down some more.
