Dunno if there are many interested in watching the golf, but it's currently FTA on 13E on the RAI Sport 2 channel (11804 V 27500).

    Only Italian audio.

This channel is scheduled to show all 4 days, but they could go encrypted at some point; I think I've seen this channel go encrypted before for some events in the past.

    Anyway, it's FTA right now.

This has been listed on my site's FTA live sports page since Sunday, you should take a look
Live coverage is between 1800 and 2330 with the day's play repeated the following day between 0900 and 1400

It will continue to be free to air, no problems there

No need to look at the site when the feed is advertised here.

The main purpose of this board is share knowledge about satellite, terrestrial and cable TV here. Many of us, myself included have our own sites but out of courtesy to our fellow posters we share our information right here on the board.

It tends to work better that way.

My post added to what was originally posted by OP, judging by the other forums OP posted same info on he probably got the information from my site anyway in which case he could have at least 'sourced' it. :D;):p

A google would have given him the same information. http://www.satelliweb.com/ gives pretty much all the feeds, sports or otherwise that are needed.

Yes he could have , then again he could not have , I know that site and I am 100% certain the OP's information did not come from there as it is for feeds, but on my site I posted the information the previous Sunday, but you are missing the point here, irrespective of what has gone on on other 'threads', what I posted here was relevant and added information, i.e. It was not new news and I also gave further clarification regarding transmission times and that it would remain free to air, why i said 'you should take a look' was a reference that the information is out there, that was a perfectly legitimate post, irrespective of 'other' things.

What i do take issue with is the two 'back seat drivers' who have 'thanked' you on your previous post, that's a clear case of 'back seat modding' if ever I saw one.

And one further thing, how do you think these sites, as the one you've linked get their information? they get it from people like myself who spend a lot of time and energy doing what we do, So the information is there because we find it, In all probability everyone on this site has made use of information (not via my site but from other 'well known' sites) which has been supplied by me and they will continue to do so, but only if I supply it in the first place!

I only posted it on one other forum (digitalspy), and didn't get the information from your site. I found it listed in the RAI TV schedules (http://www.rai.it/dl/portale/GuidaProgrammi.html) when researching the alternative Sky Italia card posted in this forum (http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056263812).

I didn't post earlier in the week, as I wasn't certain that the programming was going to be FTA, as I've seen them encrypt some events in the past. I also thought it was worth posting as it is unusual that a USPGA event (other than a major) would be broadcast FTA in Europe.

Maybe I should have referenced RAIs TV guide in the first instance. Would have saved a lot of nonsense.
