    Hello all,
My birthday is coming up in the next few weeks and I'm in the market for a laptop. Borrowing Tom Dunne's template here:

Budget: Can push it up to E600 at the very most for the right machine.

Intended use: For college Work, programming and development. Im a computer engineer going into final year so will be using visual studio with the WP7 tools and eclipse. Some gaming as well, mostly source games, dont mind low quality that much if I can get a good frame rate.

Mobility: Not much of an issue TBH.

    Warranty: same as above.

What Operating System do you use? Windows and Ubuntu.

Sorry, should have mentioned that what I'm really after is an opinion if that lenovo is worth the extra money over the hp (particularly in terms of the in-built graphics I'm not hugely pushed on the i5) , or if there are any better laptops that fit the criteria I mentioned. Any help/opinions offered greatly appreciated! :)
