Nurtition Queston on Egg intake !

I have a question regarding the amount of eggs you can eat in a day/week.

They say an egg a day is ok but if you require a higher protein intake for your specific diet, eggs are always going to be on the list. Im taking about 2-3 eggs a day(2 full & the balance in whites).

They recommend 300mg of cholesterol consumption a day whereas an egg contains 212mg average.

So my point is, if you are eatin 2-3 eggs a day say 6 days a week allowing a day off. Is this going to have an noticeable effect on cholesterol level.

I know some bodybuilders would be having close to 6 eggs a day although I know its more whites than anything.

    Any comments welcome !

If it's within your chosen calorie/protein amount or ratio, and especially if you exercise then as another poster said... "have at it", yolks and all.

Thanks for the replys guys, Dunno what I'd do without a couple of eggs a day. They are the handiest source of protein IMO apart from your protein shake.
Couple of eggs & a protein shake at 11 bells every morning. Gift !!!
