    Not sure about Hoodies

I have a Herbertus (excuse spelling) Caller that you could talk all day with crows with.

If you vary the pitch it can even sound like a magpie.
It's a knack to getting the pitch right though and if you don't use it in a while you forget :(

I bought an acme crow call and it has never worked for me it sounds more like a mallard duck than any crow I've ever heard!

never mastered a grey call but always found a rabbit distress call pulls them and magpies in

Bought one of these on Ebay from the man himself! There are two type's, hooded crow and magpie!
It takes a lot of practice to get used to it but if you get it working right, it's a great call!
The hooded crow call is more expensive than the mag! i think i paid about 35 euro for it, but it was well worth it!

He'll also send you some downloads of how to use your call! He can make a Hello call, come back call, distress call, and one which you should never use, a stay clear, danger call!

not a hooded crow call, but if your out with the shotgun I find shaking a half box of matches an effective magpie call:)

Nordik crow call is winging it's way from Finland...

This seems to be the business for magpies:
