Well for the keyboard and components just get a can of Compressed air in Pc World. It does the job perfectly for me.

I don't even know how this is possible... does this even make sense? LCDs aren't transparent...

    Galway - Laptops
OP the dirt isn't behind the screen, I've cleaned tons of PCs and laptops and always done the same thing, hoover and wipe.

Get some computer wipes in any shop and clean screen.
The wipes should be slightly damp, not wet.
I've even sprayed Windex on paper towels and used that.

Before starting remove battery and press On button to discharge laptop fully.
Gently hoover it and use more wipes.

Just leave computer off until perfectly dry. Then put battery back.

yes i agree its easy enough to clean out laptops

but some screens are enclosed behind a glass cover and can get dirty.wouldnt recomend trying to clean these.

try these guys they've worked for me in the past, they cleaned my laptop, took dirt fom the fan inside too, good job all round
