Advice on Plastic Flat Roof

    HI

I'm on the verge of buying a flat roof semiD. The houses in the area typically need to have work done every decade or so, which is a bit of a turnoff. I've heard that there are companies doing plastic molds that come in one piece. Does anyone have details or prices?

I've seen some firms in the UK for plastic roofs - not sure if its the same thing, but they only come with a 20 year guarantee, which doesnt inspire confidence

    Thanks

An Austrian architecture office uses the dive-suit method:

A total cover with EPDM, the water runs off without any need for a gutter:

EPDM comes with a guarantee of decades. Ask at the local dump where it is propably used for sealing as well.
And the material is 100% recycable.

Check the yellow/golden pages for specialist roofing contractors, the ads in the golden pages name a few EPDM roofing specialists. And the rubber(EPDM and similar) manufacturers and suppliers.
