just started a new job and have to work crazy hours average 50 hours a week with no real organised breaks , some of the staff are unable to take breaks for lunch and have to find 10-15 mins to grab a bite to eat on the go . The conditions are awful, some staff have no proper outdoor gear for wet weather
we have to work a 5 and half day week with some sundays roster is 6am to 11pm with no allowance for sundays

Company are in clear breach of working conditions and health and safety but i am only there a short while and dont know should i report it to nera

Are things that bad in T2?

Joining a union as said whould be good advice, but a union is only as strong as its members so if your the only member it wont really be of much use until your in a position to leave and claim constructive dismissal.

With new corpotrate responsibility laws recently introducted perhaps a compliant to the DAA H&S office, or the HSA and NERA might benifit you more.
