Exercising with a surgical boot on - what can I do?

Hi, I have to wear a surgical boot on my left leg for the next three weeks. I tore my Achilles tendon. I have gone very soft in the last two months as a result, I really want to get back in shape, but my movement is a bit hampered with the support boot. Anyone any experience with these? It only went on yesterday.

sorry Deedsie, when there's any kind of medical intervention present you'll need to be advised by a physio or equivalent for this
